For Speed Communications will not be held accountable for the content of the Internet. The Internet is an international network for computers and the information accessible on this network is beyond the abilities of For Speed Communications to control. Most World Wide Web browser programs have the ability to limit the user from accessing material above certain rating ceilings. It is not the responsibility of For Speed Communications to configure the browser of users to restrict material of an offensive nature from being available to miners. This responsibility lies with the parents or guardians of minor users.

For Speed Communications disclaims all warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. For Speed Communications will not be responsible for any damages Customer suffers. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, nondeliveries, misdeliveries, or service interruptions caused by its own negligence or Customer errors or omissions, or any other causes.

Use of information obtained via For Speed Communications is at Customer's own risk, and For Speed Communications specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through its services. In no event shall For Speed Communications be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages or lost profits arising out of or relating to this arrangement, the performance or breach thereof, or the content of the information passing through the For Speed Communications System. 

For Speed Communications System may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any international, foreign, U.S. or state law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret. Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless For Speed Communications from any claims resulting from Customer's use of the service or breach of these Terms and Conditions which results in damage to Customer or another party.

Abuse of the For Speed Communications system will not be tolerated. For Speed Communications reserves the right to immediately terminate the account of any Customer deemed to have abused For Speed Communications system. Such abuse includes, but is not limited to, violation of these Terms and Conditions, violation of the interactive-use policy, violation of the multiple-use policy, sending mass-mailings from your For Speed Communications account (i.e., "spamming"), harassment of other users, or any other unauthorized use of your For Speed Communications account. The determination of what constitutes abuse of the For Speed Communications system shall be at the sole discretion of For Speed Communications.

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BEFORE THE FIRST OF EACH MONTH.

Be aware that you are paying one month in advance for access to our system. Payments are due on the first of each month. Accounts that are delinquent for 10 days will be suspended until they are brought up to date.

NOTE: Under No conditions are payments refundable - Declined credit card charges and bounced checks will be subject to a $25.00 additional charge to that month’s bill.

**PLEASE NOTE: You must notify For Speed Communications Billing Department (814-948-6034) 30 Days in advance if you decide to discontinue using For Speed Communications Internet Service. Until notification is given, charges will continue to accrue, and you will be liable for those charges and any fees incurred to collect any overdue balances. This will include fees for registered letters, collection agencies and magistrate charges.
